In January, a small team from Indiana came to help launch our college students into their 2024 school year. This year, we have four returning students and six new students. As part of the program, students are involved in their local church, participate in service projects in their community, receive mentoring, and of course, attend their University courses!
The mission team not only took time to encourage and pray for the students, but gifted the students with school supplies, bibles, headphones (second year students), laptops (first year students), and other very useful tools for their school year ahead! A special thank you to those who donated these gifts!
Students were also given a profile of their sponsors, and had the opportunity to do a video call with them. It was particularly special for the students to be able to see and interact with the individuals and families that will be supporting them through their years in University!
