We had the absolute pleasure of getting to host two teams from Woodmen Valley Chapel in Colorado this summer! The college team arrived in May and served for a week in Jicamapa. They ran a VBS in the local school in the morning, and in the afternoon visited and encouraged families and took a family portrait. Families loved getting an updated photo, and the water games and Bible story dramas were definitely a highlight of the week during VBS.
The high-school team arrived at the end of June and served in Cruz Blanca; putting on a VBS, delivering water filters, moving construction materials, clearing limbs, and helping to build a perimeter wall! The team worked so hard all week and did so with joy!
